Dear Hanover Elementary Parents,

We hope this message finds you well. We’re writing to inform you of an important change to how we communicate with our school families.

Effective immediately, Hanover Elementary will no longer use ClassDojo for district and school announcements. Our district uses ParentSquare to streamline all communication, announcements, and emergency notifications to families and the community.

Action Required: You must sign up for ParentSquare to receive important school communications. If you haven’t already signed up, please do so immediately. If you have not received an activation link, please contact me directly at [email protected].

Language Settings: Parents can switch the language to Spanish by going to “Manage Account.” Under Settings, you can change language settings to Spanish.

Business Hours Reminder: Hanover Elementary and Jr/Sr High School business hours are 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Any messages received outside these hours (phone or email) will be addressed the next business day.

ParentSquare is now our primary communication platform for all important announcements and emergency notifications. Thank you for your commitment to strong school-home communication.
