Families residing outside of Hanover School District 28 boundaries are required to submit an ‘Out of District‘ form every year.

Alma Acrobat Forms Required (If needing to submit again)

• FEDS Form
• Transportation

You will be required to sign online forms via Acrobat and will need to verify your email with each form for security purposes.

Medical Forms Doctors MUST Sign

• OTC/Prescription Medication Form
• Asthma Care Plan
• Colorado Allergy and Anaphylaxis Emergency Care Plan and Medication Orders

ALL STUDENTS must be registered BEFORE the first day of school!

SPORTS REGISTRATION (grades 6-12)

Hanover Jr/Sr High Students can register for athletics through Alma now! You will see the sign up when logging into jshs.getalma.com or hanoverhornets.almastart.com

If you have already enrolled your child in the 2025-2026 school year, you easily navigate to the Athletic Registration in Alma by going to the green button in the upper right corner labeled “begin new process”.

Here are some important dates to keep in mind:

• July 23 & 24 – New Student Registration
• July 24 – Sports Physicals from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.
• August 4 – Senior High Football Practice Starts
• August 14 – First day of school for grades 6-12
• August 14 & 15 – Elementary School Testing Grades K – 5 (parents will receive an email from teachers)
• August 15 – Hanover Jr/Sr High School Lifetouch Photos
• August 19 – First day of school for grades K-5
• August 20 – Back to School Open House with Ice Cream Social provided by the Hanover Park Board with the assistance of the Hanover Church – We invite all of our
  families to attend!
