SPORTS PHYSICALS

Sports Physicals will be available for Junior and Senior High students on Thursday, Aug. 4th from 3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. @ JSHS.
Cost of physical is $15.00. Payment can be made with cash or check.

FAMILY IMPACT SURVEY

Every student must have a Family Economic Survey on file regardless of household income. Please complete and drop off at your child’s school: English, Spanish
