Holiday Meal Assistance Programs – Act Soon!

The holidays are approaching quickly! We're offering support programs for families who need assistance this season.

We're partnering with the Hanover Outreach Pantry to provide Thanksgiving meals to families experiencing financial hardship.

Deadline: October 31, 2025
Return forms to the School Office
Forms will be sent home on Oct 10th. Complete the paper or the Online Form (English), Online Form (Spanish)
We hope to offer a similar program for Christmas (details to come)

This year's senior project is dedicated to fighting food insecurity in our community through a food drive and food distribution initiative.

HOW IT WORKS:

Elementary School will partner with the Hanover Food Pantry to collect non-perishable food donations that will directly support families in need.

JSHS will focus on organizing a food distribution event to serve local communities.

Food Drive Competition:

We're calling on ALL grades to participate in a friendly competition! Here's how to get involved:

Donate non-perishable food items to your grade's collection point
Weekly pickups will occur every Friday, led by the senior class
Each grade's donations will be weighed and tracked weekly
A running total will be displayed in the cafeteria so you can see how your grade is doing

The Prize: The grade that collects the most food by weight will win a pizza party, generously donated by Mr. Ortega!
